PLOT: Crying Ladies is a story of three women who have their own story to tell. They are bounded by their "crying at funerals" profession. Each has their own struggles and challenges in life that they have to face.

First of all, Kudos to Mark! This is one of the BEST FILMS IN THE HISTORY OF PHILIPPINE CINEMA! Opo, walang biro po. Wala akong maipipintas dito sa pelikulang ito. Dahil maski sa kaliit-liitang detalye eh perfecto.

So bale ang main character dito eh si Ate Shawee. Kalalabas pa lang nya sa kulungan. Separated sya from Ricky. Ate Shawee always has a hard time spending her time with her son kasi ipinagdadamot ni Ricky sa kanya ang bata.

Ate Shawee's style of acting reminds me of British actors.

Comfy na comfy sila when they are together on screen. Napaka-natural. Aakalain mo talagang matagal na silang magkakaibigan. Kung sino man ang casting director nito, I bow to you.

Gustung-gusto ko rin the way they showed some of the Chinese cultures here.
The script is great! Yung nagtatae ka eh, I recommend that you take diatabs before watching this movie (baka madumihan ang sofa nyo!).

The quality of the film is very good.

1. The great acting by all
2. The drama scenes of Ate Shawee
3. The comedy scenes between the 3 ladies
4. The showcasing of Chinese culture
5. The amazing chemistry between the cast

Very inspirational ang movie. Ipinakita dito na ilang beses ng nare-reject si Ate Shawee, at ilang beses na rin syang kumagat sa tukso, pero in the end, she overcame the adversities.
Eric Quizon did a marvelous job as a supporting character. Magaling pala syang artista. Very natural sya.

Ang masasabi ko lang, this movie is one of the greatest movies ever made. Hindi ako nangingiming ulit-ulitin syang panoorin, ganyan sya kaganda. Everything is perfect. Hindi ko alam kung naka-grand slam ito as best picture when it was released, pero it deserved to be.

This movie is destined to be one of the best classics with a capital "C". I give it 5 Utots and more.
